According to the information published by Prague Research Forum (PRF), the Commercial Leasing Department of Svoboda & Williams reached one of the top positions in the statistics of the number of new lease transactions (without expansions, renegotiations / T-Rep) in the office space market. This is due to Svoboda & Williams mediating the total of 19 new lease agreements in the third quarter of this year. The commercial lease department thus followed up on its excellent results from earlier this year – 20 new lease agreements in the second quarter and 16 new agreements in the first quarter.
The largest commercial leasing transaction mediated by Svoboda & Williams this year so far, is the lease of 857 sq. m. of office space to the OPERO company. This office space, situated in the Old Town Salvátorská 8 building, will house OPERO.cz, a new co-working center. Other significant transactions mediated by Svoboda & Williams this year are the lease of 850 sq. m. of office space, located in the Dykova 10 building in Vinohrady to the ENVIROS company, the lease of 695 sq. m. of office space in The Square building in Krč to the IPSEN PHARMA company, and the lease of 589 sq. m. of office space in the Prague Marina Office Center to the ProActive Services company.
