Svoboda & Williams Mediates Lease of 2 300 sq. m. of Commercial Space in AFI Vokovice

The Svoboda & Williams real estate agency mediated the lease of 2 300 sq. m. of commercial space in the AFI Vokovice administrative complex, situated on Evropská Street in Prague 6. The future lessee is the Canadian Medical Care company, a member of the EUC Group, establishing their new headquarters and a private clinic in the building.
"Canadian Medical Care originally approached us with the requirement to lease a small office. However, during the negotiations and the follow-up analysis we decided to suggest the possibility of relocating into the AFI Vokovice administrative complex to the company. As it turned out, the proposed space was, thanks to its lucrative location, flexible layouts and the use of modern technologies, a perfect match," says Jiří Čadek, a member of the Svoboda & Williams Commercial Leasing department, commenting on the transaction.
The AFI Vokovice administrative center is being developed by the AFI Europe company according to a design by the DAM architects studio. Aspiring to gain the LEED Platinum certification, the complex is to be completed in August 2018 and will feature a total of 15 000 sq.m. of commercial space.
