The Malátova 7 residential project, which offers premium housing at a prestigious Prague address only a few steps from the Janáčkovo nábřeží waterfront, received final approval. The last 3 apartments out of a total of 15 await their future owners.
Malátova 7, a corner apartment building with a distinctive Neo-Baroque facade, is situated on the border of Malá Strana and Smíchov close to the Janáčkovo nábřeží waterfront, Kinský Garden, and Kampa Island. The six-story building was refurbished according to the designs of the CAMA architectural studio, and features impressive common areas, an elevator, and an automatic parking system.
