Svoboda & Williams Offers Luxurious Apartments for Sale in the Old Town Court

This unique project will offer 12 above-standard residences situated in three historic buildings and one new building close to Haštalské náměstí in Staré Město in the center of Prague. The reconstruction of the complex will start in June 2013 and its completion is planned for the end of 2015. "The exceptionality of this project lies in creating unique dispositions of individual residences that resemble family houses. Each residence will offer a terrace or a garden and garage parking spaces. The residence is also unique due to the fact that there will be a closed inner courtyard, which will provide total privacy in the center of the city", said Mgr. Linda Martynková, senior property consultant from Svoboda & Williams. A private garden will also be a part of the Old Town Court. The whole complex was designed by renowned architect Ricardo Bofill.
