The Czech Cadastral Office (ČÚZK) made access to cadastral maps easier, thanks to a new application for smartphones, the E15 daily informs. "Our agents will appreciate the application, thanks to which they will be able to work faster and more effectively. The application will enable them to quickly find the correct amount of square meters of a property which they are taking up or which they are showing," Mgr. Michaela Koudelová from the Svoboda & Williams real estate agency describes the benefits of the application. "Moreover, the exact measurement will help with proposing the price offer of a property," adds Michaela Koudelová.
Owners of properties can also use the new mobile application from ČÚZK. Besides other things, the application will enable them to send queries to cadastral offices or to ask for exact coordinates. Users will also be able to search for a property according to registers and databases of geographic names, administrative classifications and addresses.
