The second stage of construction of family houses in Březiněves in Prague 8 has been going smoothly. The main structures of all 6 detached houses have been completed and 3 units already have new owners.
The CPI Development Company expects that the deadline for the occupancy permit will be met and new owners will be able to move in in the summer of 2014.
The current stage of the project follows up on the previous stage that was also awarded with the title "House of the Year". A completed two-story four-bedroom family house with a garage and a garden costs CZK 7 million including VAT.
