Svoboda & Williams's Brno team recently moved into new offices at a prestigious address in the Masaryk Quarter, only a few minutes' walk from Villa Stiassni, one of the area's architectural jewels.
The company's new elegant headquarters in Brno are located in a completely reconstructed interwar villa surrounded by a large maintained garden with an adjoining parking lot. "Since we want to expand our presence in the region, our team continues to grow. We therefore had to look for bigger premises with better accessibility and parking options for both clients as well as real estate agents," says Zdeněk Vojtek, head of Svoboda & Williams' Brno branch, adding that the new address on Květná Street is an inspiring place to work, the perfect office for the branch's long-term development.
