Svoboda & Williams’ listings will be expanded by 21 premium rental apartments in the boutique Dykova Residence, an apartment house in Royal Vinohrady that is being completely reconstructed.
The Dykova Residence offers stylish living in one of the most beautiful corners of Royal Vinohrady. Future tenants can choose from 21 apartments with layouts from one-bedroom to four-bedroom. Smaller units start at 49 sq. m., and the larger apartments have floor areas of up to 254 sq. m. “The possibility of connecting apartments in order to create a larger unit is a rare opportunity in new rental projects," points out Andrea Střechová from Svoboda & Williams.
Most of the units are extended by balconies facing a quiet landscaped garden in the courtyard, while others offer impressive views of the surrounding residences and the Prague panorama. Two exclusive penthouses with spacious terraces are on the top floors.
The complete renovation of this historic building will add airiness and practical solutions to the interiors. The new spaces will feature a sophisticated interplay of original elements, successful replicas thereof, and contemporary design. Modern, premium technological standards—underfloor heating, air-conditioning, a private heat exchanger connected to the central boiler in each apartment—will mix with the traditional refinement of Vinohrady apartment houses. Heating can also be controlled via an app. Each apartment will come with a cellar storage unit.
The apartments will be equipped with fully fitted kitchens, built-in storage space, and separate closets. “In terms of its standards, Dykova Residence will be one of the highest quality residential projects available in Royal Vinohrady. They epitomize this sought-after residential area, where rich tradition meets the vibrant present,” says Andrea Střechová.
The building includes retail space for lease on the ground floor with direct access from the street.
