Ostrava’s most ambitious residential project, which has contributed to the restoration of the city’s historic center, is close to receiving final approval. The Svoboda & Williams real estate agency is now launching the final sales phase and encourages all those interested in living in the center of Ostrava to view the almost finished apartments.
Construction work near Masaryk Square is slowly coming to an end. The final finishing touches will be done by the end of the year and the final approval for the Nové Lauby residence has been scheduled. Most of the 89 units have already been sold to new owners.
