The Fragment premium residential rental project has won two “realty Oscars” from Best of Realty, a competition that was held this week in Prague’s Forum Karlín. Its awards were in the Larger Residential Projects and Environmental Project of the Year categories.
Trigema’s ambitious project was completed in early summer of this year. It offers 140 apartments with layouts from studios to four-bedrooms that are furnished from floor to ceiling with designer furniture. The jury was impressed by its exceptional architecture, quality workmanship, well thought-out details, and intelligent home technologies that control the entire building as well as the individual units. The jury also highlighted the project’s interesting artworks that have enriched Prague’s map of architectural wonders, attracting not only local, but also foreign visitors to explore the city.
The Svoboda & Williams team was exclusively retained to rent the project's residential units, but this agreement was preceeded by two years of discussions about what premium parameters to implement, from the layouts and the interior design to the marketing strategy. “I’m glad that the developer, with our contribution, created a benchmark for modern rental housing in Prague,” says Prokop Svoboda, owner of Svoboda & Williams, summing up the companies’ successful cooperation.
Fragment competed against a record number of 83 nominated projects, the most in the twenty-five-year history of the competition.
