The Svoboda & Williams real estate agency has mediated the leasing of 720 m2 of office space in the Prague Ungelt complex to the Energetický a průmyslový holding (EPH) of Daniel Křetínský. More than 90% of the office space vacated after the Havel, Holásek & Partners law firm moved out has now been leased again thanks, among others, to this and other transactions mediated by Svoboda & Williams.
When the Havel, Holásek & Partners law firm moved to the Florentinum office center at the end of 2013, it left 2300 sq. m. of office space in Ungelt vacant. The Svoboda & Williams real estate company has been put in charge of leasing office space in this historical office complex which underwent a complete renovation during the first half of 2014. The real estate company managed to mediate the leasing of 1500 m2 of these offices during a few months and thus significantly contribute to leasing more than 90% of the vacant office space – currently only 180 sq. m. of the altogether 7000 sq. m. featured in Ungelt is available for lease. Among the new tenants is, apart from EPH, for example, the CHSH Kališ & Partners law firm. The mentioned transaction as well as the almost full occupancy of the space clearly signifies that the demand for quality renovated office space in exceptional and prestigious locations such as Ungelt is stable.
