OVENECKÁ No. 33 Absolute Winner in the Real Estate Project of 2014 Contest

The OVENECKÁ No. 33 residential development which is exclusively offered by the Svoboda & Williams real estate agency has become the absolute winner of the Real Estate Project of 2014 contest in the Expert Jury Award category. The project has also received the awards for the best development in Prague 7 in this category as well as in the Architects's Award and General Public Award.
The Real Estate Project 2014 is a Czech competition of residential developments which aims to draw attention to interesting projects which are currently in the market. In the course of the contest, organized by the Conventia Company, residential developments in various regions and city parts compete annually in the categories of Expert Jury Award, Architects's Award, and the General Public Award. The results of this year's contest have been announced on November 3 at the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague, as part of the 5th annual Real Estate Congress.
The OVENECKÁ No. 33 residential project will be finished during the second quarter of 2015.
