Nestled in the suburbs of Mladá Boleslav, this newly prepared model house is part of the U Boží vody residential project. It showcases a winning combination of top-tier home technologies, strict environmental standards, a peaceful countryside atmosphere, as well as a stylish interior.
The boutique U Boží vody project is emerging in the Chlum nature reserve—an enchanting corner of the village of Jemníky. Its 9 wooden passive houses come in four-bedroom layouts with a terrace and garage, providing residents with the opportunity to live in a house that fulfills the elevated environmental standards set by the German Passivhaus Institute.
“The houses are equipped with top-of-the-line photovoltaic panels that ensure that they come very close to net zero energy consumption,” Linda Martynková, senior property consultant at Svoboda & Williams, says, describing the facilities. Energy consumption is reduced by the airtight construction of the houses, effective insulation, and triple-glazed windows. Other facilities include heat pumps and a Loxone home intelligence system that creates a comfortably controlled space. In addition, its pasiv + classification from the Nová zelená úsporám Czech program means that new owners can access a subsidy of over half a million crowns from the State Environmental Fund.
Environmental sustainability is also part of the DNA of the Slovak furniture brand Javorina, which Svoboda & Williams invited to participate in an interior pop-up installation in the model house. Their sturdy wooden furniture is both elegant and light, and they value craftsmanship with a clear link to its roots, which are shared by the U Boží Vody residential project.
