Svoboda & Williams Has Been Exclusively Tasked With the Sale of Apartments in the Michelské Valley Project

The C&S Developia company is planning to building a harmonious residential project consisting of apartments and family houses located in a sought-after section of Prague 4 in two phases. During the project’s first phase, a six-story apartment house with 16 residential units with variable layouts from cozy studios to spacious three-bedrooms will be built. Its completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2026. 

The floor areas of the apartments are expanded by spacious terraces or balconies with views of soothing greenery, and some units come with their own garden. All of the units have large-format windows with electrically operated blinds, underfloor heating, heat recovery, and a preparation for air-conditioning. Those on the highest floor are sold with air-conditioning already installed. Cellar storage units offer additional storage space, and comfortable parking for 13 cars can also be found in the basement.

The project is on the border of Michle, Nusle, and Pankrác, all neighborhoods in Prague with peaceful green spaces offering active relaxation opportunities, excellent civic amenities, and quick access to the city center. The future D line metro will make the area even more attractive to live in.
