The Svoboda & Williams real estate agency has become the exclusive seller of apartments in the Pecháčková No. 3 residential project. This residential project offers above-standard apartments for sale in a completely renovated building in the style of geometric Art Nouveau with underground parking, situated in the center of Prague, just a few steps from the Janáčkovo and Hořejší embankments.
"We are delighted about the high level of client interest in apartments in meticulously renovated buildings with preserved original elements and with underground parking which was evident in the case of the Ovenecká No. 33 project where there are now 10 out of the total of 18 apartments sold while 3 others are reserved. We firmly believe that our clients will be interested also in the Pecháčkova residence,” says Magdalena Svatková from Svoboda & Williams.
The ongoing renovation of the Pecháčkova No. 3 building should, according to the developer's plans, be finished in the autumn of 2015. The apartments are sold finished, including their final surfaces, in a high standard.
