Czech Branch of American Company Groupon to Move to Churchill

After entering the Czech market, one of the key players in this segment has found new office space in Prague. “The company’s staff is growing, and so it needed to move into larger premises at a prestigious address,” says Petra Schinkmannová, senior property consultant at Svoboda & Williams, who successfully negotiated the transaction. With its location, quality, and list of tenants, Churchill is one of the top administrative projects in the city.  

“Plus, the offices that we found and helped them move into are fully equipped with high-standard facilities, and so the new tenant can start working right away,” explains Schinkmannová. According to Jaroslav Waldhauser, Svoboda & Williams’ head of office leasing, demand for attractive completely equipped and furnished offices is on the rise. “More and more clients are looking for spaces that will allow them to react quickly to the changes in the business and save on initial fit-out costs,” adds Waldhauser.
