Comfortable housing close to the center and green spaces, a cozy home near the airport for enthusiastic travelers and digital nomads, or a great investment—the distinctive Africká residential project perfectly fulfills all of these criteria. Based on an exclusive agreement, Svoboda & Williams is now launching the sale of its residential units in Prague 6.
In this new build on quiet Africká Street situated in Prague’s Vokovice neighborhood, 21 apartments with practical studio to two-bedroom layouts and floor areas ranging from 32 to 82 m², as well as a spacious 200 m² duplex on the top floor are now on offer. The interiors of the project’s apartments will be extended by balconies and those on the ground floor will have front gardens. Most apartments will come with a cellar storage unit and a parking space in a car stacker. “Stylish common areas are done in earth tones, natural textures, and decorations that give the project its distinctive character and original design,” says Magdalena Rouha Svatková, senior property consultant at Svoboda & Williams.
The Africká residential project is emerging on the street that shares its name, only a 4-minute walk from the Nádraží Veleslavín metro, tram, and trolleybus stop and the Prague-Veleslavín railway and bus station. Residents can therefore quickly and comfortably get to any destination they need to—the center is 10 minutes away by metro, the university campuses on Vítězné Square are only 5 minutes away, and the Václav Havel Airport is a 15-minute car or trolleybus ride.
This peaceful location by Chateau Veleslavín, close to the Divoká Šárka nature preserve with the Džbán reservoir and Obora Hvězda manor, provides an abundance of green spaces for outdoor relaxation and a full infrastructure, including hospitals, kindergartens, schools, and the Bořislavka mall. The apartments in the Africká residential project are thus an excellent option for those who want to live with one foot in nature and one foot in the city.
