Svoboda & Williams has received an exclusive mandate to sell apartment units in the Villa Atrium Bubeneč residential project that will feature 10 luxury apartments in two villas boasting a timeless design, connected by a glass atrium and situated at a prestigious address in a villa neighborhood. The Podzimek & synové company has been selected as the project's general contractor.
The apartments in the Villa Atrium Bubeneč residential project will feature spacious airy layouts (111 – 256 sq m) with French windows, top-quality amenities and views of a quiet park. In order to provide maximum comfort and privacy, most apartment units have been designed so that each covers an entire floor. The apartments will have two to five bedrooms with each apartment featuring a balcony or a terrace, and one to four parking spaces. Demanding clients might be interested in apartments with their own private gardens (up to 395 sq m) and glass penthouses with spacious terraces (up to 101 sq m) located on the top, receding floors.
The Villa Atrium Bubeneč residential project will be located in a quiet location opposite a park; this sought after setting is one of the last land areas to be built upon in this part of Bubeneč.
