Emerging in the heart of Prague’s Holešovice neighborhood, the unique Tusarova 41 projects blends an ornate Art Nouveau architecture with a bold modern extension. We offer a total of 32 apartments, coming in studio to two-bedroom layouts.
The Casua architectural office is the author of the new look of this urban apartment building from 1919. Their design kept the building’s historical Art Nouveau style and segmented ornamental facade, but added a sophisticated three-story extension that brings the overall architecture into the present day. The result is a dialog between the past and the present, attracting attention to itself while also fitting in perfectly in this lively part of Prague.
“The Tusarova 41 project is an extraordinary opportunity to return to the original values of urban living, while at the same time adding contemporary comforts, esthetics, and function,” say the architects who drew up the master plan, Ing. arch. Jakub Seifert and Ing. arch. Michal Rýdlo from the Casua studio.
The apartments in Tusarova 41 are designed with an emphasis on effective layouts, quality surfaces, the right amount of daylight, and a timeless interior design inspired by the motifs of Art Nouveau architecture. Our listings include units from 28.8 to 95.6 m², many of which have a balcony or large terrace.
Common areas feature natural textures and interesting light fixtures, creating a pleasant environment from the main entrance all the way to the highest floor. The reconstruction of the building added comfortable technical facilities such as a new elevator, cellars with storage units, and parking options in a car stacker located in the courtyard. The building will also have a commercial unit with its own entrance.
Today, Holešovice is one of the most dynamic parts of Prague due to its street art and cultural spaces like DOX, La Fabrika, Jatka78, as well as its food scene and quick access to the city center. The project is located close to the Tusarova tram stop, the Vltavská metro station (line C), and the new Prague–Bubny Railway Station, which will open later this year. You can also get to Karlín on foot by crossing the HolKa pedestrian footbridge.
“In recent times, Holešovice has become a fashionable, sought-after neighborhood. Tusarova 41 offers all of the benefits of contemporary urban living: history, architectural quality, originality, a full spectrum of civic amenities, and a rich potential,” states Aneta Dvořáková, property consultant at Svoboda & Williams.
The project is scheduled to be finished in the 4th quarter of 2028.
