According to the data sent quarterly by Prague real estate agencies to the Prague Research Forum (PRF) association, the Svoboda & Williams commercial leasing department has held top positions in the statistics of numbers of new transactions in the Prague commercial leasing market in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarter of 2015.
The Svoboda & Williams commercial department achieved these top placements by signing 17 new lease contracts for a total of 6444 sq.m. of office space in the 3rd quarter, 17 new contracts in the 2nd quarter of 2015 and 7 new contracts in the 1st quarter. The largest commercial transaction which Svoboda & Williams has mediated so far this year is the lease of 2900 sq. m. of offices in the Prague 6 Vokovice Cube Office Center to the Medical Technologies CZ company.
Among other noteworthy transactions mediated by Svoboda & Williams this year are the lease of 1224 sq. m. of office space in the Karlin Nile House building to Keen Software House, the lease of 1663 sq. m. of offices in the Karlin Danube House building to ELC Group, and the lease of 920 sq. m. of commercial space to Norman's Fitness.
