The VII. Dům residential project on Prague’s Valdštejnské Square has been successfully sold. This sensitively reconstructed historical building offered 17 apartments with a unique old world atmosphere, most of which were bought by their owners even before the project was finished.
The 16th century Renaissance burgher house at a prestigious location in the Lesser Town was transformed into an early Classicist style at the beginning of the 19th century by the important architect and court builder Josef Zobel. The most recent appearance of the building was designed by two renowned architectural studios—Formafatal and Atelier SAD.
Thanks to their meticulous attention to detail and deep respect for history, they have managed to achieve a harmonious blend of modern design, premium standards, the original character of the building, and the unique atmosphere of the location. VII. Dům offered a wide variety of units, from cozy studios to a sprawling penthouse with a terrace and picture postcard views of Prague Castle.
“VII. Dům is an example of a project that has managed to attract clients not only for its prestigious address, but also for its exceptional architectural design and top-class standards,” says Tomáš Blahuta, senior property consultant at Svoboda & Williams. The successful sale of all units confirms the continuing demand for premium properties in the historic center of Prague.
