Svoboda & Williams Mediates Lease of Majority of Retail Space in JEREMI Sport Center

The Svoboda & Williams commercial department has mediated the lease of most of the retail space in the JEREMI sport center. The space has been leased, with the assistance of Svoboda & Williams as the exclusive leasing agent, to a wide spectrum of stores and services.
The JEREMI sport center, located in Stodůlky, opened its gates to the public in February 2015. Apart from a wide array of sports facilities (e.g. badminton, squash, table tennis, gym, climbing wall) the center offers the local community a restaurant, hairdressing studio, health-food store, sports clothing and accessories store, ski & cyclo store and repair service, a bakery, fresh juice bar, children's corner, kindergarden, and sports activities for children. Out of the center's overall area of 7500 sq. m. only about 500 sq. m. are still available for lease.
“I am glad that the owners of JEREMI sport have chosen Svoboda & Williams as the exclusive leasing agent and that we have managed, during a short time, to mediate leasing of most of the office space in the center. What's more, we don't view this project as just a business opportunity, but also as a chance to contribute to the quality of life of the local community,” says Petra Macháčková, a Senior Property Consultant at Svoboda & Williams.
