The boutique Na Skále residential complex is located on a southern slope, right next to a forest, from where beautiful views of the opposite valley open up. Stylish wooden buildings with a facade made of European larch are sensitively set in the mountains, but at the same time they offer high standards of craftsmanship with quality technologies, corresponding to the needs of premium housing. The interiors of the mountain houses and apartments will be warmed by a fireplace, and a sauna will contribute to perfect relaxation. One of the houses will be completely finished including a custom interior designed by a renowned architectural studio. Landscaping will be completed around all of the buildings with new trees and perennials.

Houses and units
The houses have a 4-bedroom layout, and triplex apartments have a 3-bedroom layout. In the basement is always a garage, a sauna with a wellness area, and utility facilities, on the ground floor is a social zone with a living room and terrace, and in the attic a private zone with bedrooms, dressing rooms, and a bathroom. The basic facilities include a top-quality DAIKIN air/water heat pump with a connection to a hot-water floor heating system, wood-aluminum windows with insulated triple-glazed panes and electrically controlled aluminum blinds, a Loxone smart home system with the possibility of controlling the entire building remotely, a wood-burning fireplace insert in the main living rooms with full views, large-format sintered tiles, taps by renowned European manufacturers, and P.M.H. Rosendal heated towel rails in a black matte finish. Security is ensured by a Jablotron system.

Location
The complex with its own access road is located in the lower part of the village. Bedřichov, located between Jablonec nad Nisou and Liberec, is one of the most popular resorts in the Jizera Moutains, whose beautiful landscape beckons you to enjoy trips and recreation in every season. Runners, cross-country skiers, cyclists, hikers, scooter riders, parents, mushroom pickers, and nature lovers will all find something to do here. In the village, there are cafes, restaurants and grocery stores, a swimming pool, a rope park, a climbing wall, and other sports opportunities. The area is very accessible—the drive from Prague takes just over an hour.
