Prestigious “Best Local Real Estate Agency” Award for Svoboda & Williams

This year's 13th annual CIJ Awards ceremony took place in the Prague Marriott Hotel. These prestigious awards are granted by the CIJ Journal (Construction & Investment Journal), an international English-language journal dealing with the real estate market in Central and Eastern Europe. By winning the Best Local Real Estate Company category, Svoboda & Williams has managed to follow up on its last and second-to-last years' successes and defend its strong position among the Czech Republic's real estate companies.

When asked to comment on the company's success, Marion Williams, managing partner of Svoboda & Williams who – accompanied by her colleagues – attended the ceremony, said the following: “We would like to thank very much all those who voted for us and especially our clients! This award is an acknowledgement of our everyday endeavor to provide our clients with quality services, but also a commitment for the future.”

The transparency of the voting procedure, in the course of which each of the 160 participating professionals could vote in all of the categories, was supervised – just like every year – by the PricewaterhouseCoopers Company.
