The stone walls are ventilated; the floors are insulated against moisture and heat loss. The house has a telephone line (used for Wi-Fi), and a washing machine. The exposed beams, original stone walls, wooden floors, hardwood doors, six-panel casement windows, and stylish furniture create a cozy atmosphere. The yard has a stone wall, the remains of a former barn.
