Top Italian producer of interior and outdoor lighting, the FLOS company, in partnership with the Konsepti company, has opened a unique monobrand showroom.
The space is situated in the vibrant city quarter of Holešovice, which is imbued with culture and urban energy; the showroom presents the innovative and distinctive products, divided into three collections: Home, Outdoor and Architectural. The showroom is situated in a former industrial zone of the Holport factory. The industrial architecture of the factory perfectly complements the magical charm of the lights, all of which combine the most modern technologies and the unmatched, time-proven tradition of the company design. The official opening of the monobrand showroom was celebrated on June 23rd, 2016, in the presence of Piero Gandini, FLOS CEO, and David Řezníček, Konsepti CEO. The event was attended by several hundred selected guests, connected with the field of design and architecture. Light products of the FLOS company, ranging from residential and architectural to outdoor collections, reflect a desire to express new ideas and illuminate unexplored emotions. The Italian company has been crafting, thanks to innate intuition and self-confidence, iconic lighting objects for more than 50 years, pushing the limits, establishing new typologies and innovative archetypes. The Home collection, designed for interiors, includes, among others, the Aim Lamps by the renowned Bouroullec brothers. These lamps create a vibrant tangle of cables, can be used either individually or in different installations, and seem to develop and grow like climbing plants. The Home collection includes also the GUNS Collection by Philipe Starck, featuring three iconic pieces – two table lamps and a floor lamp, which were moulded after the Beretta gun, the AK-47 Kalashnikov, and the M16 rifle. Stop by the unique showroom of the FLOS company, established under the auspice of Konsepti, the brand’s exclusive agent in the Czech and Slovak Republics, and acquire a piece of world-class Italian design lighting.
