Founded in 1980, the Swiss enterprise of Hublot creates luxury watches for discerning clients worldwide.
Hublot, which interestingly produces the world’s most expensive watch called the “$5 Million”, is represented in Prague at the Hublot boutique that is situated on Široká Street in the Old Town section of the city. If you are in the market for a Hublot timepiece, chances are you already know that Hublot creates time masterpieces that are sought after worldwide by watch aficionados and lovers of all things luxury. Hublot, named after the French word for “porthole” established itself through the commercial success of the birth of Fusion, its first watch created for the public eye. Hublot was the first watchmaker to fuse a luxury metal case together with a natural rubber strap, which took the watchmaking world by surprise with the design’s supreme elegance and functionality. After the Fusion timepiece came the Classic Diver watch from Hublot, which also used a natural rubber strap, and the Classic Chronograph watch as well. The rest is watchmaking history due to a creative design expansion that included timepieces for women and a variety of designs for men that led to supreme high-end commercial success. Luxury group LVMH purchased Hublot in 2008 to add to its watch industry portfolio and continues to expand the watchmaker’s aim.
