Svoboda & Williams Launches the Sale of Apartments in the Hilleho 6 Residential Project in Brno
Svoboda & Williams has launched the sale of apartments in Brno in the Hilleho 6 project – a completely renovated Neo-Renaissance building in the sought-after neighborhood of Černá pole.
The Hilleho 6 residence consists of 17 one-bedroom to three-bedroom units, with layouts ranging from 49 to 172 sq. m. Its renovation was carried out by A77 Architects, whose goal was to preserve the building’s unique historical value while at the same time adapting it to contemporary housing standards. Hilleho 6 was originally designed by František Alois Dvořák, an important builder of Neo-Renaissance architecture in Brno.
The building’s modernization took into account its already beautiful apartments and combined its original architectural elements with modern design features. The interiors meet the demands for comfortable living, and include three-layer oak floors, heated natural stone tile floors, and wooden casement windows with insulated glass panes. The apartments with views of the courtyard have balconies, while the two apartments on the fifth floor have sunken terraces.
The residence stands on the corner of a peaceful tree-lined street and Náměstí 28. října Square with a large park. The attractive neighborhood has a full spectrum of civic amenities, such as restaurants, bars, cafes, stores, a post office, and other services. Lužánky, Brno’s largest park, is only 300 meters away, and the legendary Villa Tugendhat can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The project is planned to be completed in July of this year.
