Svoboda & Williams Presents a Model Apartment in Boleslavova 3

This boutique residential project is the result of the complete reconstruction of a traditional apartment house with a courtyard gallery that stands on a quiet street above Fidlovačka Park. Besides the landscaped garden residents can see from their windows, they can also enjoy impressive views of Prague. The lively center of Nusle, full of stylish restaurants, cafes, shops, and urban amenities, is just a short walk away. The Boleslavova 3 residence offers 15 apartments ideal for a wide range of lifestyles. Those intrigued by its distinctive signature style can find inspiration in a ready model apartment.

The intimate atmosphere of the ground floor apartment is complemented by large French windows that open onto a pleasant front garden. The brains behind the reconstruction of Boleslavova 3 is the Plus One Architects studio, which played with several ideas that add originality and humor, whether it's the colorful accents that elevate the polished stainless steel kitchen, the large-format wall tiles by Novavita, or the custom-made unusual bookcase in signal blue.

The interior pop-up was created in cooperation with the Czech brands Polstrin, Todus, TON, and BOMMA. "We wanted our interior design to feature extraordinary solitary pieces that are the result of our cooperation with talented local artists such as Kateřina Handlová, Jiří Krejčiřík, or the duo Lexová&Smetana," says architect Kateřina Průchová. Facilities are complemented by appliances by the high-end French brand De Dietrich.

The stylish antithesis of the intimate ground floor apartments are Boleslavova 3's bright attic units with large skylights. Airiness is guaranteed by their four-meter ceiling height evoking the atmosphere of a bohemian studio. The building has 6 different types of apartments, each of which has its own imaginative elements. The real gem is Mathilde, a two-bedroom duplex with two balconies and two bathrooms with an atypical circular layout. Most units come in practical one-bedroom floor plans.

The Castle Rock Investments developer is known for consistency and the meticulousness it devotes to its projects down to the purely utilitarian common areas of the building. Each visitor to Boleslavova 3 will experience its pleasant energy before they even step through the front door. The spiral staircase is emphasized by custom lighting by the Penocze studio and accented by the unusual shades of the walls and doors, inspired by the morning sky above the Nusle Valley.
