The Monetica, a.s. company has selected new offices in the Revoluční 1 administrative building, which is part of the portfolio of VIG FUND, a.s.
The Revoluční 1 and 3 administrative complex consists of buildings from the 1930s with their own receptions. Located in the financial and historic center of Prague in the immediate vicinity of the Palladium and Kotva shopping malls, the 7th floor new designer offices with a floor area of 417 m2 have been completely refurbished, allowing their long-term tenant, Monetica, a.s., to move in this December.
The main criteria of the management board of this investment company specializing in investing in small and mid-sized companies in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and neighboring countries, was to remain at a prestigious address. “Monetica, a.s. used to have offices on Revoluční Street in a nearby building,” says Petra Schinkmannová, senior property consultant at Svoboda & Williams. “The client liked this location and so we worked together with Nikol Ruszin, senior consultant at Knight Frank ČR, to find and offer these completely reconstructed modern premises with a spacious terrace and impressive views of Republic Square in Revoluční 1,” explains Schinkmannová. “An undeniable advantage of the Revoluční 1 and 3 administrative complex is having access to parking spaces in the underground garages of the next-door Exchange Palace, another building in the portfolio of VIG FUND, a.s. that is connected to Revoluční via a shopping arcade,” she adds.
The Revoluční 1 and 3 complex currently offers almost 2,000 m2 of office space for lease spread out over two floors. One of the floors offers clients the option to make changes to the layout.
