Svoboda & Williams Gets Exclusive Mandate to Sell and Rent Units in the Royal Triangle Residential Project

The project will consist of altogether 8 villa-houses, organized triangularly around a peaceful atrium. The creator of the architectural side of this project, which is about to offer above-standard apartments featuring layouts which differ from one-bedroom to 4 bedrooms and including attic penthouses with spacious terraces, is the Schindler-Seko Architects studio. All the units of the Royal Triangle project will feature smart technology home control (KNX), individual climate control (including a heat recovery ventilation system) and a capillary tube mat system for cooling of the ceilings. All units are going to include floor heating in their whole interiors, aluminum triple pane windows and above-standard quality flooring and bathroom equipment. The price of each unit includes two underground parking spaces and a cellar. The whole project will be closed off to the public and the security and privacy of its residents will be protected by magnetic card locks and a system of entrance cameras connected to the security guards' office.
