Original castle suitable for 21st century family living built in 1720 in a picturesque part of a small village surrounded by woods, just 20 minutes from the center of Prague.
The buildings were built as manor estate in the second decade of the 18th century, later on in 1798 it was already sold as a castle. The new owner added other buildings that were used as a school. In 1860 the castle underwent renovations. The former owner Vincent Danek, founder of the famous Českomoravská Kolben-Daněk group built the clock tower. In the years of 1908 - 1911 the castle was frequently visited by Ema Destinová who loved to hunt in the surrounding woods. Architecture of the main building of the castle is a baroque origin from 1688, the rest of the building has a romantic treatment from the mid-nineteenth century.
The castle was renovated in 2008 to meet the demands and expectations of modern living. Here you will find a heated swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, wine cellar, fireplace, terrace of 120 m2, garden gazebo with summer kitchen, elevator, laundry service etc. The castle offers a total of 9 bedrooms, each with private bathroom and toilet, 3 kitchens, 4 ball rooms, 2 dining rooms, library and a lounge with a pool table. The complex can be used as a multi-generation family seat, representative firm seat, small hotel or a conference center.
The castle has a garage for 2 cars and additional parking on the land. Charges for services and utilities CZK60000/month.
