Ostrava, Ostrava-Mošnov

The Logistics Center at Leoš Janáček Airport in Ostrava is an important part of the planned development of Ostrava airport and adjacent areas. The whole area will offer more than 300,000 square meters of industrial space suitable for logistics and storage, as well as light manufacturing and other services with higher added value. The park offers a unique combination for road, air and rail transport, making the project suitable for meeting the requirements of even the most demanding clients.

The total area of the park is over 90 ha, and provides: industrial area Air Cargo Terminal up to 24.000 sq.m., industrial area Rail Cargo Terminal up to 150.000 sq.m., industrial area Road Cargo Terminal up to 150.000 sq.m.

Manufacturers and logistics providers are moving to Ostrava to be in close proximity to a large number of international companies located in the region. The city lies at a major European crossroads, and additionally, Ostrava boasts a number of well-known universities offering studies in the technical and engineering fields. The high unemployment rates and cost effectiveness of the local labour force along with its strategic location give Ostrava enormous growth potential.
