In 2021, the building and apartment units were renovated. The pleasant interior now features wooden floating floors in the rooms, large-format tiles in the bathroom, and a fully-fitted kitchen. The apartment has its own air-conditioning and an electronic code lock. The heating is central for the whole building.

Living in the central part of Hostivař offers complete civic amenities and excellent transport accessibility (170 meters to a tram stop). A few minutes' walk from the building is a shopping center, children's playgrounds, a kindergarten, an elementary school, and the Hostivař Railway Station. The Povodím Botiče hiking trail is a nice bike route, and the nearby forest park with a dam is perfect for walks and sports activities or sunbathing on the beach.
