Project:
Modern, newly built mountain villa in the sought after resort town of Rokytnice nad Jizerou, located near a funicular that goes to the top of Lysá hora mountain. The style of the villa is inspired by traditional architecture of mountain cottages with equipment appropriate to the current requirements of recreational housing. The project was designed by the renowned architectural studio de.fakto, whose work includes a number of successful projects, including "Rokytno 20" mountain residence and the Vila Verde residential project in Prague.

Apartments:

The design apartments range from one to three bedrooms, and include the additional option of garage and/or outdoor parking. There are also practical ski & snowboard berths.

Standards:
The apartments are designed with a higher standard in mind and feature such elements as atypically tall doors and use of good quality materials and equipment. Facilities include aluminum windows, high-end Thermotec storage heaters with remote control, electric under floor heating in bathrooms, laminate flooring.

Location:
Rokytnice nad Jizerou is a popular ski resort town with excellent connections to and from Prague; the town boasts sports opportunities in both winter and summer. The local landmark is Lysá hora mountain, which offers a chair lift and a number of slopes for all types of skiers, including small slopes and ski schools for children. The resort is also well known for its good quality cross country trails and variety of entertainment for non-skiers including snowtubing, swimming pools, etc. The summer season is ideal for hiking and biking, horseback riding, extreme sports and outdoor activities with children. In addition to sports, the town offers a variety of restaurants, clubs and cafes.
