Svoboda & Williams offers tenant representation (T-Rep) services to companies and businesses striving to optimize the costs of leasing and running their offices. The ideal time to arrange this service is 12 to 18 months before the expiration of the existing lease.

Based on a thorough analysis of your needs and business goals, we will recommend whether you should renegotiate the current lease or relocate. Our tenant representation services include:

Tenant representation fees are calculated based on the savings achieved by the tenant and so do not represent additional costs.
