The New York Times has, as part of their real estate feature, recently discussed the Barrandovská Villa project, which is co-exclusively offered by the Svoboda & Williams real estate agency.
The Barrandovská Villa project is the result of a complete sensitive reconstruction of a Functionalist villa that is part of the original 1930's Barrandov neighborhood. The project can thus be understood as a hommage to the 1920's and 1930's golden age of the nearby Barrandov film studios. The Barrandovská Villa project features only three apartments, however, only one is currently still for sale - the duplex apartment on the 1st and 2nd floors that is complete with a terrace and a large garden.
