Marion Williams arrived in Prague in 1993 after her husband had obtained an interesting job offer. Almost immediately she started to love the city and by coincidence she started to develop a real estate business.
"I had to amuse myself with something here and properties are a part of me. In New York I worked as property manager, which involved several activities - rental, sales, and promotional. I managed fourteen buildings that belonged to one private company. When I arrived in Prague, I didn't speak Czech but I still started looking into the real estate business. I was used to working independently, so my friend told me to get in touch with Steven Davis from the Flow East Company who was at that time looking for an external agent who would rent company apartments. This sounded interesting so I started to call companies and offer them these apartments. Working with Steven was great and we were doing well.”
