Half of the Nearly Finished Apartments by Brno's Lužánky Park Now Sold

16.09.2022

Construction work on the palace will be coming to an end in the coming weeks. Built in a Late Historicist style by the renowned Austrian architect Josef Nebehosteny, eleven new apartments with floor areas from 37 sq. m. to 82 sq. m. are now being added to it. They will be finished by the end of the year with quality facilities such as wooden floors, Dakea roof windows, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, and premium sanitary ware. The palace has a unique atmosphere underscored by impressive common areas with stucco ornaments. The hallway will retain its original tiles and the stairway its original cast iron railing.

"The location is very attractive and is quickly accessible from the city center. Besides the abundant greenery, all of Brno's university faculties are nearby. The incredible growth in demand for rental housing in Brno made prices in this segment increase by 20%, and so it's also a unique opportunity to buy a property with a great investment potential," says Tereza Štěrbová, Senior Property Consultant at Svoboda & Williams' Brno branch.
