The symbolic tapping on the newly laid foundation stone officially launched the construction of the Nová Myslivna exclusive residential project. The investor’s goal is to revitalize this popular destination spot and introduce Brno’s residents to a new style of living.
In the coming weeks, construction work will be in full swing in the forest park of Masaryk’s Grove in Brno’s Kohoutovice neighborhood. In two years, an important residential building will rise above the Pisárky Valley, giving it a new character and adding new amenities. “We want to be instrumental in developing the potential of this beautiful location,“ says architect Miroslav Gebas from INFINITY Estate. According to him, the Nová Myslivna project will include a new parking lot for residents and visitors, the area around the current bike paths will be revitalized, and new connections to the rich network of hiking trails will be made. Space for outdoor sports and a new bus stop will be added.
Infinity Estate aims to offer a housing concept that is unprecedented in Brno. “In addition to superior apartments, Nová Myslivna will also offer its residents services that go above and beyond, from a 24-hour reception, a relaxation zone with wellness and fitness rooms, to gourmet experiences accompanied by impressive views of the city from the rooftop restaurant. Many of its services will also be available to outside guests,” maintains Gebas. These include a restaurant with views that continues in the tradition of the former Hotel Myslivna. The restaurant’s terraces will offer amazing views of Špilberk and Petrov’s towers and the picturesque Pálava in the distance.
Nová Myslivna will offer 10 apartments in various layouts that are designed to satisfy the needs of its residents no matter their stage in life. “We’re launching the first phase of the sale this summer,” says Zdeněk Vojtek, regional director of Svoboda & Williams, which has been exclusively tasked with the sale of all of Nová Myslivna’s units. “We look forward to a fruitful collaboration with professionals who know how to bring indisputable quality to both urban and green spaces,” adds Vojtek.
