The commercial leasing team received a green light to exclusively offer offices for lease in the Thámova 16 and Thámova 18 administrative buildings in Prague 8.
Svoboda & Williams’ portfolio of commercial premises is now expanded by offices in two administrative buildings in the center of Karlín, only a one-minute walk from the Křižíkova metro station or the Forum Karlín multifunctional complex.
In recent years, Karlín went through a dramatic transformation and currently offers, thanks to its excellent transport accessibility to the center, a wide range of services, a wealth of cultural activities, and a dynamic mix of trendy restaurants, making it one of the most sought-after residential and business districts in Prague.
The Thámova 16 building currently offers offices with 259 and 309 m2 floor areas and in the neighboring Thámova 18 building there are available units on the 1st floor with 285 and 728 m2 floor areas. These can be connected if needed, creating a 1,012 m2 office.
“Companies of various sizes, requiring a strategic location and exceptional services in the area, will have no problem selecting an office here. Another benefit of both buildings is the high number of parking spaces, which is a great advantage in Karlín,” describes Sylva Turinská, senior consultant at Svoboda & Williams.
“Ten years ago we managed to find new occupants in both buildings after two majority tenants moved out almost at the same time, so we’re building on this successful collaboration today. We believe we’ll be just as successful this time and we’re looking forward to improving the common areas and further raising the high level of amenities for tenants,” adds Jaroslav Waldhauser, head of commercial leasing at Svoboda & Williams.
