Team Svoboda & Williams Slovakia Significantly Expanded in 2024

Last year, the Svoboda & Williams real estate agency celebrated its fifth anniversary in the Slovak market, where it expanded to from the neighboring Czech Republic. This year, the Slovak branch relocated into new offices and hired many new real estate professionals.

The year 2024 was a significant one for Svoboda & Williams Slovakia in terms of the growth of its staff. Its original team of five real estate consultants has grown into three specialized teams led by experienced senior brokers. This step means that the branch can cover a wider range of client services more effectively and increase the firm’s capacity. Currently, team Svoboda & Williams Slovakia consists of eleven real estate consultants headed by Managing Director David Martan, who has been at this position for five years.
