The new boutique Boleslavova 3 project offers 15 residential units in Nusle suitable for all of life’s many phases and stages. For ideas on how to live here in an original style, we encourage you to view a furnished model apartment. The project’s ambassadors, who aren’t afraid to stand out, added their inimitable style to its interior.
The investor invited women and contemporary creative artists to design a space with a distinctive character. You will immediately notice the captivating interior interventions by the artist Lucie Jindrák Skřivánková, who loves to experiment with different media and collaborate with other designers. Her lively structural paintings jump from the canvas onto the walls, the furniture, and the fashion collections.
The freestanding screen and suspended object by Skřivánková are complemented in the Amelia attic apartment by the iconic Ligne Roset Togo seat and playful lighting and vases by the famous glass brand DECHEM, represented in Boleslavova 3 by its cofounder Michaela Tomišková. “It confirmed our assumption that there is a demand for unconventional designs and approaches. Apartments with bold color palettes sold immediately,” says Linda Martynková, senior property consultant at Svoboda & Williams.
The Alex floor level apartment was designed by the Plus One Architects studio, which also completely renovated this 1930s apartment building. The atypical bookcase in signal blue adds flair and wit to an otherwise intimate space while simultaneously offering practical storage solutions. Eye-catching is also the lighting made out of minimalist rods, designed for BOMMA by Kateřina Handlová. Equally of a high standard is the wooden furniture by Javorina and the premium De Dietrich appliances.
Glass elements by KLIMCHI and original vases from the workshop of František Jungvirt are reflected throughout the apartment. Young designers are also showcased, from the chairs by Jiří Krejčiřík, which he exhibited at Salone del Mobile in Milan and are an ode to the iconic Ton brand, to the Seaside Sofa designed exclusively for Polstrin that the duo Lexová&Smetana added to the interior. Large-format French windows connect the apartment to the front garden landscaped by the Flera studio with outdoor furniture by Todus and pieces by Capacity System.
Kateřina Handlová, the creative director of Rückl and ambassador of the Josephine apartments, used the space as an original exhibit room for the collection of crystal vases by Hero.ine and Unreality. She places vases and other objects among furniture by Befame, Cassina, and Artisan, represented in the Czech Republic by the Lino Design shop.
The female ambassadors of Boleslavova 3 are joined by the owner of the La Table concept store Regina Sieberová, who introduced the Czech market to premium brands focused on dining. “I believe the dining room table is the centerpiece of any home. It symbolizes community and intimate moments that we enjoy with friends and family,” states Sieberová. In the Mathilde apartments she prepared a pop-up installation with unique French porcelain items and creative linen textiles from Lithuania.
The project’s visual presentation is by the SHOTBY.US photography studio. Lenka Glisníková and Karolína Matušková have garnered attention in recent years for their unconventional images full of playfulness, bright colors, and imaginative compositions. Boleslavova 3’s inspiring interiors are waiting for residents to fill them with their stories. They can start moving into their unique homes in the first quarter of next year.
