Svoboda & Williams’ Brno Branch Growing in Parallel to Regional Market

14.11.2024

Now that the crisis is over, Brno’s real estate market is lively once more and full of new opportunities. “We see the greatest demand in retail spaces, since their stock in Brno has been very low for years. We also see a long-term hole in the market in the institutional rental housing sector,” says the head of Svoboda & Williams’ Moravian branches Zdeněk Vojtek.

There is also strong demand for premium residential projects in the city. “These kinds of projects have been absent until now, when developments such as Nová Myslivna, whose quality and prices can compete with Prague, have finally begun to appear,” continues Vojtek.

This has led to an expansion of Svoboda & Williams’ regional team. Its newest member is Adam Adamják, a graduate of the Electrical Engineering Faculty of the Brno University of Technology, whose previous work experience was in logistics and his family’s construction company.

For over a year now, our Brno agents have been working in an elegant 1930s villa in the prestigious Masaryk quarter. Thanks to its excellent accessibility and parking options for clients and our team, it’s a perfect place with room to grow in the future. Like the Prague headquarters, the fit-out of the offices was by the architect from the SAD studio. Art from Svoboda & Williams’ collection perfectly accompanies solitary pieces from the Sad workshop.
