The Svoboda & Williams real estate agency has taken part in the 15th annual international CEDEM CEE conference which has taken place on the 23rd and 24th of September at Prague's Slovansky dům. More than 40 invited speakers and altogether almost 300 real estate experts from the Czech Republic and abroad took part in this two-day marathon of talks and panel discussions dealing with the situation in all segments of the Central and Eastern European real estate market.
The experts have, among other things, reached the conclusion that the Czech real estate market features record demand for industrial and logistic properties. Signs of rejuvenation are, however, as Prokop Svoboda, managing director at Svoboda & Williams and one of the invited speakers, emphasized during a panel dedicated to the residential market, clearly visible also in the market with luxury residential properties in Prague. The Prague high-end residential market has been benefiting from postponed demand from the past few years.
