Boleslavova 3: Save the Date, New Model Apartment Unveiled in September

A delicious real estate bonbon—this is how the Boleslavova 3 residential project can be described. The duo from Plus One Architects has breathed new life into this traditional building with courtyard terraces from the 1930s that stands on a quiet street above Fidlovačka Park after being commissioned with creating a project that will stand out for its creativeness, originality, and attention to detail. "Properties like these are truly rare in today's market, but demand for distinctive real estate is high and only getting higher," says Pert Hromádka, a member of the development group. 

In September, the investor, together with icons from the world of Czech design, will present a model apartment. Here, in tandem with the authors of the reconstruction, their concept of 21st century living will be unveiled. “We approached the model apartment in the same way we approached the entire building. We felt for what the space offered and what it can offer in the future,” says architect Kateřina Průchová. “In this case, it meant opening up the space a bit more, or emphasizing its load-bearing structures with colored lintels above the entryways,” she adds.
