The Andalusian-style villa can be divided into 2 separate parts. It is divided into 3 levels and has 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a guest bathroom and a separate toilet by the outdoor pool. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms with bathrooms and a terrace with a barbecue. In the privacy of the upper floor there is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. In the basement, next to one of the living rooms, there is a technical room that can be converted into a fitness or cinema room, and a garage. In addition, there is a separate guest apartment attached to the villa.
