There are currently 3 buildings of a former mill from history mapped to 1714. The main building and 2 barns are in a state of demolition or a complete reconstruction. It is mainly due to the preservation and renovation of peripheral walls, mill border and folded boxed shield. Part of the offer is an architectural study for an energetically self-sufficient recreational residence. For inspiration, it can serve the nearby "upper" mill, which is already reconstructed and used for recreation. The buildings are adjacent to the old orchard and the pond, and there is also a cellar on the plot.
