Svoboda & Williams Officially Starts Sales of Apartments in Residence Quadrio

27.09.2013

Not only the sought after location in the heart of Prague makes Residence Quadrio attractive, but also the refined composition of the whole complex and interiors, designed by the renowned Cigler Marani Architects studio. An important aspect of this project is also the sensitive approach and effort of the architects to build this modern project in a historical and protected area without disrupting it. "The long-awaited start of the sale of apartments is here. We have been observing for some time now that our clients show interest in above-standard two to three-bedroom apartments in the center of the city with parking. And this is exactly what Residence Quadrio offers," comments on the current situation of the real estate market with luxurious properties, senior consultant Jan Mráz from Svoboda & Williams. "Half of all the apartments are small one-bedroom units. Thanks to their parameters and selling price ranging from CZK 5 to 8 million the clients will be buying them as their second home or as a longterm investment," adds Jan Mráz.

The residence is part of the multifunctional Quadrio complex, which besides top-class offices will also offer a shopping mall and services. The complex is in the vicinity of Národní Street and boasts several tram lines and the Národní třída metro station. The project is expected to be finished at the end of 2014.

The investor and developer of Residence Quadrio is the company CPI Národní, s.r.o., a member of the CPI group and leader in Czech real estate; CPI Národní, s.r.o. has been active in the area of development and property management since the 90's.
