Svoboda & Willams Leased over 1 300 m2 of Office Space in the Futurama Business Park

800 m2 of office space has been rented by the Czech brand MSC Austria, an international shipping company, while another 531 m2 of office space has been rented by IPS, an international IT company.

The Futurama Business Park is a new-generation administrative center located in the Prague quarter of Karlín, near the Invalidovna underground station, and consisting of five buildings with the sixth one expected to finalize the project.
